At Ekelund, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home textiles and decor; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
